How does an LLC work?

If you start a new LLC, and lug out a business loan for a bunch of money... If the business fails and the LLC go belly up, are you personally responsible for that $$? Will it affect your credit?

Answers: This quiz is a bit hard to answer short stepping into legal technicality.

Anything one-sidedly guaranteed will effect your credit. Sometimes you are able to grasp a business loan (credit) without a personal guanatee or near the help of an LLC. Consider contacting a professional service, contained by most cases the first consultation is free.

Search for "strong business credit" (just like that within quotes) to see what options are out in attendance. Expect to spend $1000 with any of the companies, it other adds up to that.

Yes. That is why inhabitants start corporations. they are considered seperate from the officers. They even assign a federal self number sort of like a ss # and explicitly what the business uses to register everything.

I'm not certain but if I remember correctly, LLC's you are still instinctively responsible for any accidents. decree suits, etc.

How do you move about more or less starting your own production company or the boards company?

Heard that you can start your theatre company and market your productions to get money. Is this true and how do you bring back started?

Answers: Doing this has to be in the order of more than just making money. To start beside it's going to cost you money to begin the production company any passageway you look at it. You'll need a website, selling, product which I presume you have surrounded by the way of scripts etc. Lets influence you have great production underneath your belt now you want to attain it out into the world.
You'll need a plan to put this into fruition. Contact other theatres next to reviews of the production. A copy of script (any music you'll need a score) Are you planning on taking YOUR production to the subsequent venue or are you planning on handing over the script for THEM to produce? Obviously if money is an issue taking a show doing a tour will be costly, but this can generate some good money if it's a honest show. If another venue buys your script/score etc. .that's another story. If the show is published then the publisher would buy and sell with this aspect of your company. It sounds close to you're not published therefore you will enjoy to negotiate royalties etc. Answer these questions and next sit down with yourself and ask do i own the time, the money, the desire to do this? if you answer yes to them all, dance for it and best of luck.

Work for main league baseball?

I would love to work with central league baseball.

I have some college experience and some classes complete:
English
Math
Business Enterprise
Business Management
Heath/Fitness
Comparative Religions
...and a few more. I know a College scope would probably be the best way to bring in...but I don't hold a degree.

Note: I've checked on MLB.com for commission opportunities and its so easier said than done to even get wager on in.

Answers: My suggestion would be to check out an internship next to a minor league affiliate of a MLB team. The recompense may be little, or nothing at adjectives, but the experience, chance for network and ability to revise who's who would be invaluable.
This would give you exposure to the "who you know" that you mention.
