Small Business Questions and Answers

My business partner and I split ... call for counsel?

My ex-partner and I had a clothing industrial business together, we split and went surrounded by competition with respectively other.
My question is who get the patterns for adjectives our clothing we did together.I wanted her to income me half for them because at the time I be not sure I wanted to stay within the garment business and had no use for the pattern, so I asked her for money for them to which she replied that they are old and not a soul wants final seasons styles they want untried style which I agreed. Then I decided to I will stay surrounded by manufacturing and I found out she took adjectives the patterns and used them for the hot season.
My question is , should she be paying me something for the pattern that she used or not. We did not have any written contract unfortunetly.

Thanks

Answers: I must be honest, in need any written contracts you have no baggage. I would suggest focussing on new designs forget nearly the past, its sea under the bridge. I'm sure the aged ones will go out of cult.
You both own them, so if she doesn't give them to you at no cost, you can sue her surrounded by small claims court.

Having a business with no written contract is a mistake I hope you don't fashion again.

I live in France. What should I sell online to American customers?

Answers: Bonjour monsieur Frenchy, Sir

I was conducting my business in European Union selling online for seven years, not only to American customers, but also customers in Canada, UK, Germany, India, Spain, Holland, Ireland, France, Israel, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Brazil, and Jamaica. I also visited most of these countries.

I am now back living in North America again, conducting all my business strictly over the Internet now selling different product and services to several countries, including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and France.

I want to provide some stuff on ebay to brand some money...?

What is the best method of payment i could ask for so that I own a bit of extra cash within my pocket?

And how much would you generally charge for postage?

Answers: I usually present paypal like everyone else on ebay. I also donate the personal check or cashier's check option beside the understanding that the item will not be sent until the check clears.
As for postage, check similar items on ebay and post your postage around one and the same price range. Remember though that the postage is where on earth you make your money, since e-bay merely takes a % cut of your final bid price, not the total price next to postage. That is why you will see a lot of .99 items beside $10 shipping. As long as the final price a person have to pay for an item is the lowest, nation generally don't precision if the money is going to the final winning price or to shipping. Careful though, some individuals will e-mail you after winning the item asking you to drop the shipping price...so they can acquire the item even cheaper. You are not obligated to do this as they are probably still getting a great deal even next to a larger shipping price. Good luck ebaying!
Paypal

go to the post bureau and ask them for postage
