I have a proprietorship business contained by INDIA and I have an inquiry for a buy out from a foreign contact. I would similar to to know what kind of details I should dispense regarding my business and assets to the jamboree. Also I want to know what kind of taxes are applicable when I am selling this business to a foreign company. What are risks and precision that I should take in the past entering in to an agreement.Answers: First, receive a Non-disclosure Agreement in place back you release anything. I have just now had some nouns in selling my top designs to a clothing company, respectively design has copyright and my heading underneath but i have no company or anyway empire will be able to find me.I still hold several designs left so I'd approaching to buy a website people can explore for and contact me via should they want to buy designs. If you don't want to take-home pay a whole lot for a website, 1and1 have a special going on where it's 50% bad hosting packages. Their lowest is $2 a month for the first 3 months and like $3 after that. It also includes a domain and email. They also own a website designer that is pretty unproblematic to get going and some of their packages own a tshirt marketing store plugged into it so if you do tshirt designs, you can sell directly from your site.
If you involve a custom site, maybe simply a one-pager, let me know. I do this stuff for a living.
If you ever go and get to selling direct to consumers, check out mals-ecommerce. It's free for most of what people obligation to do, but if you need the added features, it's individual $8/month.
In my experience, godaddy.com has be one of the best, and least expensive. I enjoy used various services over yesteryear 12 years or so, and haven't found anyone better. The friends that I have recommended enjoy also been pleased.
I reason their rate is now approaching US$9.99 per year, but that is only just for the domain name (www.yourname.com). The actual creation of it is more. There are several options that you can pursue, such as a blog, that allows you to create your site and upload photos well, without knowing greatly about website nouns. If you want to accept costs online, you can look into www.paypal.com.

1. Buy one on eBay (Pretty cheap, and quick!)
2. Make one yourself (Make sure it looks professional!)
3. Hire the local net designer (expensive!)
4. Hire someone from GetAFreelancer.com to build it (A LOT cheaper than number 3)
It's a simple process, but there's a lot involved.

Buying of ebay...is a no no for website. theres to masses rip offs I know from my past experinces.
I found a great site http://tradersreview.co.uk for business public relations thats get dutiful results in go through engines and now see that this site have added a free classifieds section.
this could ably be a very cheap except free answer.. check a G00GLE search for ... COMPSTRUCTION ... my mate newly started this site and after placing his adagainsthttp://www.tradersreview.co.uk he was soon found by the search out engines, so looks like he spent his money economically.
