I am starting an Online Business Selling Products, Its me and my Fiancee, what type of Business should it be?

I have to register my Business near the Local County Clerk's Office, and I am not sure whats the best thing to do surrounded by my situation. The Online Business is going to be run by me and my Fiancee, its just us two and not a soul else. Being that its more than one do we have to Register as a Corporation? Do both of our name have to be occupied in on the Business Registration Form? Could we phone up it a Sole Proprietor Business and just put one of our name down? would that cause an issue?
If somebody know what I should do or the best thing for me and My Fiancee to do please agree to me know...Any information would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Answers: Well my view is that there are two issues to consider here, the first is the type of corporation for permitted purposes. If you do a sole proprietorship or partnership and you get sued, after everything you own personal or not could be taken to pay the suit. However, a sole proprietorship/ partnership will allow you to write stale a bunch of tax expenses for your home whereas a corporation, you can't do that.

Second, you may want to do a partnership and at the double write up a contract explaining the business, who would do what and what each would bring in the suitcase that you two broke up. It's a terrible entity to think roughly speaking, however you have to brace for that possiblity contained by the event that you're very successful within your venture.
