How would I budge roughly next to taking photos on the shoreline..?
What are the laws and rules for setting up pretty much a picture booth at the shoreline? I'm an amateur photographer and i'm thinking about taking photographs for anyone who wants a pose or two at the shoreline and setting up a printer there also so they can automatically capture their pictures. So how would I do this?Answers: That sounds like a cool model !

When applying for a US Govt. Grant is it common to be asked to pay envelope a fee? I have applied for a few and so far One Company returned and said I need to settle up a fee. Please support.Answers: Don't pay anyone to return with a grant since you can confidently do it yourself. Go to http://www.grant.gov for a list of senate grants and how you can apply for them. Sadly, in that are no grants for a for profit business unless you are hole a daycare.
This sounds as if you went through a broker fairly than directly through the government bureau offering the grant. In other words, a middle man who is charging you a charge for service.
It is not atypical for the government to donate grants where on earth the grantee is required to post up to 10% of the total amount of the grant award contained by their own monies. However, this is stated upfront and is clear in the instructions. Also, the monies are used for the program or service. You do not dispatch it to anyone!
Something is very wrong next to the situation you describe.
