Business Plan - Who is my competitor? the store of the brand?
If I am going to sell underwear for men, who would be my competitor? Walmart and Sears who put up for sale different varieties and brands or would it be the brands that Walmart or Sears sell within their stores close to Hanes, Gildan, Fruit of Loom or Calvin K?Answers: There are direct competitors and indirect competitors. It may be helpful to look at it from the customer's perspective.
If you are making underwear afterwards who are your customers?
If you want Wal-Mart and Sears to carry your brand next your direct competitors would be Hane, etc. If you want to sell to directly the closing stages user then your competition would be Wal-Mart and Sears. Your indirect competition would be other underwear suppliers.
If you be manufacturing the underwear, the brands would be your competition. If you are a retail store, the other stores would be your competition. (Is this for a SWOT analysis?)
The brands inside a store could also be competition, based on the standard, the price and if you share the same target customer or not.
I want open my own beauty salon, how much cost will come,n where can i buy products for salon, any suggestion.
Answers: I am assuming you are licensed in cosmotology? Depending on where you live it will be different. I am in NY and my sister just opened her own salon. You have a lot of decisions to make, whether you will rent booths or hire employees, or go solo. You may have to remodel the place you are in, which is easily $1000 or better. For products, you can go to local places which usually give discounts for license holders, like Sally's Beauty Supply or Loeffler's (two here in central NY). But, if you do not sell products, you don't have to collect sales tax in NY. So, maybe start off with just services to get your feet wet?

Hello
No idea about your skills! But I have couple of sites where you will find offline & online projects outsourced by webmasters from various parts of the world. You will find projects right from ordinary data entry to webdesigning. Remember you will have direct contact with the outsourcer here. You will not spend anything except a registration. I say they are legitamate bcoz of two things a) Am associated with those sites from last one year and earned b) They will make payments thru safe escrow.
Interested to know more of it just visit my blog at

If you are looking for a company that is going to hire you, give you benefits, list you as a W-2 employee and let you work from home...FOR FREE..Well stand in line because it's millions of people looking for the same. I'm not saying its not out there though.
If you are looking to make a PROFIT at home. You should get in a business system. One that's Its straight forward just like having a job. With the team I'm with, you call a list of customers, send them to a website, then the website does all the work.

If you're looking for a work from home JOB (not a home based business), there are lots of companies who hire for call center type
positions. And don't listen to the nay-sayers who say work from home and telecommuting jobs are all scams or that there aren't real jobs.
There are. You just have to know where to look and how to avoid the scams.
Do NOT pay for a list of jobs or pay to get a job. There are a few of the legitimate companies that, after you have qualified for the job, ask you to pay for a background check if you will be handling sensitive information like credit cards. It's usually $20-$30 and from legitimate companies is a legit fee to pay. Other than that, there is no reason or need to pay anything if you just want a job. Some of the call center jobs, you are an independent contractor (IC) and some you are an employee.
If you want to start a home based business, there will be fees involved and business expenses. There are many legit business opportunities out there in direct sales, multi-level and network marketing. There are great companies to work with, but having a business isn't for everyone.
For info on jobs, you can check out this comparison chart from RatRaceRebellion.com - it shows a huge list of companies, their requirements, pay, where they are etc. http://www.ratracerebellion.com/CS_Compa...
