How do you shift just about copyrighting or corporating a business plan?

Answers: You don't really want to copyright your business plan. If it falls into the hands of a competitor....so what? It's not similar to they can really use it to hurt your company. The only empire that should be given a copy is potential investors and bank official. Beyond that, no one else really requests to see it. A business plan is more designed to obtain financing and hold you focused than for any other purpose. There should not be enough detail within the plan document for someone to duplicate your business by reading the document, so you do not need to copyright it. My business plan have changed at least 6 times since I started my business. It would be outstandingly inconvenient to copyright it again every time I tweak it to address changes surrounded by the company direction.
To make your business prescribed with your state, contact your Secretary of State and ask if a license is required for your type of business. If one is required they can notify what department to contact to get that process started. In the meantime, you can register your company next to the Secretary of State as any type of business you want. It could be an LLC, LLP, S-Corp, Corporation, Sole Proprietor. Check near your Town Hall and County Seat to see if there any local registration requirements as resourcefully.
You can't copyright a business plan. What you need to do is hold everytone who will look at it to sign a non disclosure agreement.

You'll attain to do all kind of things as you progress through the job.

It might start out slow, but you'll move up and cram things..

What businesses have the highest and lowest barriers to entry in your opinion?




Answers: Low barrier to entry - manual labor. If you can afford a hammer, you can work.

High barrier to entry - wireless telecom. You have to spend hundreds of millions to build the network before you can bring the first customers on board.
