Answers: Don't open them ever. Go through your inbox and mark off them all as spam. Do that everyday and soon you'll stop seeing them.
A lot of these are sent through auto responder services that own gone wacky . unless they have an opt out method surrounded by the email itself, there is hugely little you can do other than easy target them as 'spam'. If you don't have a 'bulk' / 'spam' folder set up, you might want to do so. Then at smallest the majority of these will fall sour into that... some will still find their way to your surrounded by box anyway.
It's a nusiance and in the US, sending unsolicited email blasts are criminal, but that is why most auto responder groups use out of country services..
