My mom used to run her own ebay business. She would go around to different garage/rummage sales in town and buy things for pennies on the dollar and sell them on ebay for much much more. She found a box of fishing lures for about $20, ended up one of them sold for over $600 and total of all of them was well over $1000. She would also buy used golf sets for $10-$20 and they would sell online for $80-$100 depending on the set.
i think the moral to the story is, figure out how to use your computer and the internet to do something you love to do and figure out how to make money doing it. My mom loves to go to garage sales and things like that, so when she had a chance to go to garage sales to make a living, she was ecstatic.
