Answers: I have never paind that course. Maybe you can contact Ebay to see if it is real. it may be a scam since he say he has home base bussiness and has no feedback!
Also if ebay say it is okay or you just step for it I would get a prepaid gift///credit card so if it go bad he can lone get you for the one auction.
