Anyone comfortable beside ebay rules?
Hey, im pretty new to the ebay/paypal business. I sold a couple of items and it go well. I merely sold a clock to some lady, I made sure the clock worked in the past I sold it. Now she emailed me telling me It doesnt work and shes going to folder a complaint with ebay and paypal. She be rather rude. What do I do? I know it worked when I sold it to her. I dont even know how to do a compensation paypal ( which seems unwarranted anyway) Someone give me some guidance? thanks =)Answers: I would ask her to dispatch it back to you and you will repayment her the money. The clock probably broke during shipping. You can protect yourself from this occurring again by making the statement in your fact list that you are not responsible for items once they are shipped.
