When creating an LLC Operating agreement with multiple member, can you list a husband and wife as 1 branch? i.e.Jack Smith = 50% ownership
Bill & Suzy Johnson = 50% ownership
Or would it have to be
Jack Smith = 50% ownership
Bill Johnson = 25% ownership
Suzy Johnson = 25% ownership
I want to cause sure this document is created correctly and legally.

They must be listed separately if you want both individuals to own a part contained by the company. Otherwise, if their marriage is protected, you could just register one as a legal owner and hold the other participate as in good health.
