Question in the region of creating a LLC?
Hi! I have a invented a great fitness product that have been met next to lots of approval, and I would like to embezzle it to market. I hold a few questions, and would really wallow in your help. First, how can i protect myself from lawsuits? I own heard of have an LLC, but am a little confused roughly speaking this. I am fine with my business getting sued and going ruined, but I don't want to lose all of my money as well. Thank you!Answers: That is specifically what an LLC is made for. If someone sues, they cannot be in motion after your personal assets. Hence the name : Limited Liability Corporation.
It's the best method to operate if there is a break you could be sued. Talk to a lawyer first to get hold of all of it right, though.
I a moment ago got an LLc..and it does what it is supposed to do by keeping you instinctively out of the reach of suits and creditors... but I estimate this applies to small scale venture.. If your invention is just starting out.. this is a right start for the legals.. let me share you that www.legalzoom.com. is where i get the correct program in place to capture it going.. and i was beneath $350.00 total.. and solid . it took about 70 days from start to finish.
Any suggestions for simple inventory id's for approx. 100-200 items?
I, along with my inherited, own a small environmental drilling supply company. We carry a current inventory of roughly speaking 100 items. However, we are getting ready to expand & enlarge a new department & will be carrying more inventory. But here's my dilemma: my inventory id's/part #'s are a nightmare. They are hard to apprehend & remember. I think I'm overthinking this. I have need of a simple, basic conception & I just can't come up beside one. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks within advance for the planning!Answers: Keep them all numeric so you can push button them easily beside one hand. Make a table beside what you would call the item, the proper item description and the item number. Alphabatize this document according to your descriptions, not the manufacturer's. Keep it handy on a paper sheet or hadheld. Do not use junk mail or symbols, only numbers! I recommend you start out near 5 digit numbers.
Don't worry if you hold 10 items you would call drill bit. Once you can hurriedly find the category you will be able to find the specific item smartly. Once a category gets over 10 items divide it into sub category.
