What can we do to survive while our hot business is going through growing pains?
My wife and I have founded a business that have grown 600% and across five different markets since we started. We did this beside only a $15,000 initial investment. immediately we've put every thing we enjoy into this business and we have to expand. how do we do this if we've already tap ourselves out?Answers: Your current business position sounds like PRECISELY the situation the VC (venture capital) souk was designed to solve. It's textbook. IF you are within the right business, AND you kept a fairly accurate and complete set of books on your expansion progress, it won't be thorny at all to find a Venture Capitalist for your expansion plans. If you own been wisely cultivating a relationship with a local commercial investor (not just the teller, the BANKER), start there. It's cheaper than VC. If not, basically search for "project capital <your city name>" and start looking.
Also, if you are feeling like to "make it official" by that I penny-pinching not just a promise and a greeting, don't overlook friends and family. LOTS of empire are interested in becoming sector of a success story. Just dot your I's and cross your T's if you be in motion down this path.

I've been doing some work with www.elance.com the past week, all the work is home based, data entry, transcription etc. The only thing is you're competing against people from countries where the hourly rate of pay is a lot lower, so not sure if it would be worth it for you.

There are many work at home programs or jobs out there but many are scams. You will need to do your due diligence and research them before you sign up. I always go to many forums and research what they have to say there about any particular program I am looking at.

Does anyone know what the maximum hours of labor for an average 14 year old working at Cold Stone Cremery surrounded by Maryland?I have applied at hand, and I want to work maximum hours I can. On the app it said "How many hours a week are you predisposed to work?" and I just said "Maximum". (I don't know what the max is.) But immediately I am curious what the maximum number of hours is. Please tell.
And if anyone does work at Cold Stone, please answer this:
What is the procedure for applications? Do they telephone call you a few days later and notify you if you got teh chore or not? Or shoudl I call them? Or do they hold on to the app until they procure a few of them and then see who is the best for employment? Or continue for an opening and later look them over? Please tell me. =]

* work more than 4 hours on any afternoon when school is contained by session
* work more than 8 hours a day on any daytime when school is not surrounded by session
* work more than 23 hours in any week when arts school is in session
* work more than 40 hours contained by any week when school is not surrounded by session
* work before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. Minors may work until 9:00 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
* work more than 5 consecutive hours minus a non-working period of at least possible 30 minutes.
