How do rappers start their own businesses? Is near someone that starts these businesses for them after explain?

every thing to them? They're too busy to research they get clothing lines and a bunch of other business to take trouble of.Jermaine Dupri just said he's gap his own hotel and I started wondering how does he know how the computers work and the whole paperwork part.

Answers: i dont mull over you can do all of this on your own

you will obligation to hire someone who specialize in that area and let them do the work; kinda similar to an agent

once you get the understanding and get your foot 'wet' in the industry afterwards you should start taking on that responsibility
Okay rappers have someone call a manager. The overseer does all of this. Like Snoop Dog he considered necessary to meet up next to his soccer fan a important guy.Snoop Dog doesn't know how to reach him. He don't own a clue. So what does Snoop Dog do??

He tells his overseer and his manager will knob that. Will get the right society to help him take what Snoop Dog wants.

Your right rappers own no clue but with money they hire ancestors WHO do and they sit in an bureau discussing. Jermaine did that, talked to his inspector said hey I want to open up my own hotel, his proprietor says okay I'll bid some people, the organizer calls around, discussions to this one, that one all you know adjectives the hotel managers contained by an office next to Jermaine and his manager and they cooperate and see what can be done.

You see Jermaine needs another controller to RUN the hotel, becuz like you said he have no time and he has no clue of how to run a business, no problem though he purely hires a manager to do adjectives of that and she will report to him all how the hotel is running.

Can my boss switch me from subcontractor to payroll employee at any time?

Answers: Yes and no. In most jobs you're an employee at will. This means that the company can change the terms of your employment and even let you go at their whim. As far as employee vs contractor, there are some specifics. The IRS actually has several tests to determine if you're a contractor (paid flat rate, no benefits, no overtime) or if you are a direct employee. But if you boss tells you you're changing from one to the other.you would need to sue the company for benefits (or go to the attorney general). Not likely you'll WANT to continue working there at that point.

The tests:
-If your boss sets your schedule and gives direct supervision for your job, then you are an employee. If you are _required_ to be at your work location on a specific schedule (like shift work) then you are an employee.
-If you only work for that one employee (no other customers for your contracting business) then you are an employee.
-If your boss provides tools & materials for your job then you are an employee.

Contractors are generally hired on a job basis, they are free to pursue other opportunities, and they are responsible for managing their own time to get their work done.

Things are further complicated if you work for a personnel service...they can be a subcontractor that HIRES you as an employee. Thus YOU are the service's employee.and the service is the company's subcontractor.

There is a lot of grey area, but if the IRS finds out that an employer has been mis-classifying people then the IRS will go after the company for withholding, penalties, and interest. There have been several high-profile cases of mis-classification (I think Home Depot was involved in a recent case where full time employees were being denied benefits because they were being called "contractors.")
The determination as to whether you are a sub contractor or an employee is not his to make. The IRS has rules to determine that. So if he switched you it could be becuse he figured out he was in violation of thsoe rules. They can be found at IRS.gov.

See this link for more on what the IRS has to say about it.

Can i get a suggestion to name my construction company?

Answers: I would say something that starts with an A so it can be one of the first to show up if in the yellow pages

maybe
A Quality Contruction ( tells you are quality)
A+ Construction (tells you A+ material)
Abel Construction (tells you can do the job)
Affordable Construction (you can work those on a buget)

it might be a good idea to think of what you want your company to say or what aspect you want to promote.

Hope it helped...
Archer Construction.

It's easy to remember.. it starts with an A so it'll be one of the first listings.

Or you can just use your last name Construction.. but that can be too generic, especially if you have a common last name.

Your company motto can be..
We'll nail your job!
Ground Up
Your name construction
Your name lumber company
