Answers: Don't hint around give or take a few it. Tell him you deserve & expect a raise that covers adjectives of your responsibilities. If needed remind him everything you just told us and generate sure you also include the no benefits part. Sweety, theres no chains holding you nearby, take your polite work ethics somewhere else if he doesn't appreciate you.
Say something resembling "This really IS too much work for my pay" close to the boss to some one. Im not sure, Im only 12 ;)
here:
Know your company's policies. Are you supposed to own annual performance reviews to determine your gross? Do salaries mortgage according to a fixed schedule or category? Who can make the ruling (or ask for it to be made)? Read the employee visitors` guide (and company intranet, if you have one), or better but, talk to someone contained by Human Resources.
Know what you're worth. Find out the usual salary length for those who do what you do in your region or nouns. If possible, get numbers that bear into account:
Your available job description
Your responsibility, including any management tasks
Your years of experience
Your seniority within the company
Your education
Your location
Prepare a register of your accomplishments. You can memorize the list or present a written copy to your boss for his or her hint. If you choose to present a written copy, have somebody proofread it for you first.
Make your shield. Pay particular attention to problems you own worked on, and how you helped solve them. Why are you worth more money to your employer? How own business operations and profits enhanced since and because you've been in attendance?
Did you complete or help to complete a tough project?
Did you work extra hours or join an urgent deadline?
Did you take initiative?
Did you turn beyond the call of duty?
Did you retrieve the company time or money?
Did you improve any systems or processes?
Did you support or train others?
Set time aside. If you simply walk up and ask for a put on a pedestal, you'll seem unprepared, and, economically, like you don't deserve one. You don't hold to give too much credit notice. Just say aloud when you walk surrounded by to work in the morning "Before you depart, I'd like to speak near you." If your boss is really busy or disorganized, you might want to make an appointment.
wow ur boss is kinda uncaring

i say you should be treated better than that. Be serious, relate your boss that if he/she does not give you the elevate you deserve, you will gladly find a bright place to work at

and its rather gloomy too...since my friend is 16 and she gets salaried around 9 bucks at the theatres :/
You only hold two choices, either dally until your annual review (or anniversary of hire) or look for another higher paying position. Once you have the superior paying job offerred later you can give your boss the ultimatum.

You really should cram to write better if you are professional.
You need to approch him when he is alone within his office, ask him if he have a minute to speak with you. Walk contained by and shut the door and sit down. Explain your situation in a serious carriage and how you feel just about it. Tell him you DESERVE a raise.

Don't fashion it sound approaching a joke, express your mental state.Chances are he will listen, as he already knows the work you do, and sinec you confronted him surrounded by a serious manner, he will probably offer it to you.

Business owners are always totally busy people and settle up much attention to who is doing what. Even if they are not physically in the building, believe me , the smart ones still know what go on.

Also, being enormously busy, he may have already thought roughly speaking giving you one, but just have not acted on it because of his schedule. Once you slow him down, and own a face to obverse with him, he will realize what he wants to do if he thinks you are a valued hand. DON'T BE AFRAID to ask for what you deserve.

I tried this years ago with my antediluvian boss and I was panicky to death, but I go in his bureau, closed the door and asked. He pretty much gave me a extremely nice raise in need much talk.

Hope this help
It sounds like this guy is taking you for a ride.
In the initiation you were probably joyous to do it, and so therefore your really just doing what you were initially joyful to do, he cant really see that you need a lift and of course he wont want to bit with his money.
Paying his personal bills, ie: child support- that's a big no-no specifically definitely crossing professional boundaries. You enjoy to get him to realise that with-out you the shop would dive apart, pretty much you have to variety your self indispensable, other wise you requirement to quit!
You know unfortunately this is something we own all experienced - more for smaller amount...it sucks.

The first thing you hold to do is be patient.
The second piece is to take a week or two interval and document EVERYTHING YOU DO.
The third - find a comparision job next to a higher discharge.

Employers want documentation - sometimes we fully don't get the full perspective of what one demanding employee is doing (your job documentation works here).

Also you want to show what other employers are paying (2-3 other company positions and clear documentations).

Be professional and back up everything you say aloud. Be nice...more bees with honey but also be firm. Tell them you appreciate and love your errand but at the same time you enjoy financial responsibilities you need to ensure your position can permeate.

Also don't be affraid to look for other work (behind the scenes) - take your occupation by the horns.

Good luck.
