I wanted to start a small, local home-based business for PC repair. I'm 19, I'm contained by college and I want to work in the PC repair pasture bad plenty, I have the thought if I can't obtain in somewhere else, I'll do it adjectives on my own. But how can I legally do any this? I know in that are permits/licenses, taxes etc.I'm not looking to open a shop, I've get a small place in my underground room cleaned out just for this purpose.
