Is the customer always right?




Answers: No, they aren't. I've had customers make demands that are totally unreasonable.

However, you sometimes have to make a difficult decision. You can concede the point and let them think that they are right so that you can keep their business. Or, you can stand your ground and lose their business. It can be a tough call.

I always told my staff that no one ever won an argument with a customer.
as long as they are there when they leave they are no longer right :)

Explain what is meant by "copyright". How does "copyright" affect the design of your logo?

Answers: you cannot copy anyone elses or be even close to it or they can transport you to court

How to make my customers happy?




Answers: Treat each one as your best.
Don't lie to them.
Listen to them.
Sell a good product - and tell them the downfalls of cheaper versions.
If they still want the cheaper version - explain the downfalls again.
Be polite, punctual, and call back when you say you will.
Communication is the key.
(Tell them you're running late if you're going to miss an appointment)
Give them what they want for free.


Ask a vague question, get a silly answer...
Give them excellent value for their money,give them the best
customer service you can,and above all,be honest and forthright
in all your dealings with them.Good luck to you!
