First go to http://www.wahm.com message board where on earth you can network next to other work at home mom's and get information in the order of working at home. I don't think exit a boutique is a good choice to start a business.Because at hand is a sinking cost.That is ,if you pay $5000 for the rent,consequently they are "sinking",no matter flawless or bad your business is ,they are "sinking".
It is especially catastrophic when the business is not good,you can get the impression your money losing.
So if you want to start your boutique,the most important item is to compress your cost :the rent,employees' salary,products' cost.
