I work at a car dealership. I have need of some funny ones and serious.

you could offer an award for selling the "oldest" motor on the lot, one that hasn't moved in a while, or topmost mileage, etc.
serious could be on the person's attitude toward customers
have one for the human being with the lowest possible feet.

I am looking at exit a small coffee/tea shop / bakery, and trying to do as much reasearch as possible...

I love drinking coffee and caribou and Im a huge Teavana fan. I already contacted Teavana for wholesale information. I am wondering what style of espresso machine Caribou have and also if they own their own coffee or purchase it from a distributor. Also any suggestions on brands of coffee to look into, or even equipment for commercial use to look into? Let me know.. I need your relieve!!

sounds similar to your on the right track, if the area you are within is looking for another shop like this, if your weather is a regular 4 season type you could also look into soups, or something else graceful to sell minus a lot of member of staff input, something you can handle on your own, you should also contact the nearest condition department to find out the guide lines. you might look for a business that may be out of business that has some of the equipment you require

Family business involving children?

I was thinking something like starting a little cleaning business(private homes) and, looked-for to involve my kids so they could earn some money.are there faultless age limits that can or cannot work even if its near a parent? i'm aware of child labor laws, but this would be conceivably a few hours a week with my supervision..does anyone know any details on how this would work? or, do you know of any other bearing a 13 year old could earn some money? excluding working in a fast-food franchise? thank you for lend a hand....

u can involve ur kids , no laws agin that but.

the challenge comes near bringing kids on site. can be legal hassle.

best might be for them to do support.

ie they do the chores at house u can't when working. they do keep ur stuff ready/refilled
they do flyering on weekends
