I am a regional manager for a retail/wholesale corporation and I hold decided that I requirement to replace a manager at one of my locations. How do I shop, hire and train a replacement governor without the current representative finding out about it? Ideally, I would approaching the current manager to stay within place until the new proprietor is up to speed.


Answers: Find two trusted managers at two of your other locations and ask them to interview, hire, and train a contemporary colleague. Don't tell them who is getting replaced, but fashion sure they know it's neither of them. Ask these three managers to hang on to the whole entry under wraps during the training length.
