im starting a new post tommorow its at a health insurance company call axa, i know Im on commition only wich is givin me second thoughts already but under the weather do my best,im a sales representative,iv only signed of from the job heart and they just ring up to make sure it be all official, and obove board, and the company said everybody is self employed i didnt think to ask that i thought that they should explain to me that in my interveiw i never get told that and i will have to compensate all my own taxes and jump to the inland revenue at the end of every week, i be really looking forward to this new work but everybody, even the job meeting point are saying dont touch it near a barg pole anyone with any flawless advice or should i see how i handle it or is there a polite side to all this hassle! PLEASE HELP!

How far away are your customers? I sell Mary Kay, Avon, Arbonne, and am a consultant for Melaleuca and my mother surrounded by law lives within Texas (I live in MN). I know from a friend that you can not drop ship Avon unless you hold a website with them.
I am an Arbonne consultant & I can drop ship anywhere contained by the US for no extra charge. So at least for Arbonne it's no problem to turn out of your area.

i don't sell any of that but i know near scentsy (i sell it) you can ship anywhere contained by the US.
Maybe call and ask if they submit a consultant website, most company's do and then they direct ship to the customer.
Where can I apply for an LLC?
I've seen alot of different websites that tender the service, but how can I do it myself without paying adjectives of those fees of the 3rd party companies? Go to your states web site and next to the Secretary of State section. There you will find a down-loadable one-page form. Fill it out and letters it in, together next to the filing allowance, and in roughly speaking a week, you will be an LLC.

I have 2 companies, an S-Corp and LLC. There be so much more paperwork with the LLC than the S-Corp that I get a lawyer. He help me and my partners capture everything lined up and organized. I also have to involve a CPA. But then again, I'm not sure what form of company your trying to start or how complex it's all going to be. However, I construe that the money I spent on the lawyer and CPA help me know exactly what I needed and what I needed for my taxes. I felt profoundly more comfortable getting the help.
