I would wonder why she cannot bid on it...that alone would set alarm bells ringing.

Yes this is a scam. Any emails sent you from this person can be done directly through ebay in that is no need for any auxiliary information on your part. The human being is going to con you out of your computer and the money will not be transfered. Never give anyone any information concerning your paypal account, if they can't pay packet you thru ebay to your account don't do the mart. This person appears to be trying to gain access to your paypal explanation. Never believe somone who can't wait until the shutting of auction. Especially for something that there is a ton of listings for.
