That is not on. You have to be 18 to rent an apartment. No protected landlord or character of any kind would rent to an 11 year elderly.
Is something going on at home? If so, then try to speak beside an adult who can facilitate you. Maybe teacher or conservatory counselor, your doctor or a friends parent maybe if you hold one you know well satisfactory talk to.

This is a serious matter - You might consider going to Social Services and asking for give support to. I could only hope you could find other avenues for relief, like a church or relative. I do not focus there is anywhere you could rent an apartment and resting on all that newly how would support yourself. You should be in academy and being a kid - I decision I could be of more help.

No sweetie. The only route for you is foster care or another family circle member. In my state you enjoy to be 21 years of age to rent an apartment.

No you can't rent at this age. You even couldn't live, nor being surrounded by the house alone legally.
Depending on your situation and your parents agreeing you can shift live with another nearest and dearest member.
If you own more serious trouble, check for places like Peaceful Path or United Way or doesn`t matter what organization is within your town.

That way you achieve free PR in the local reporters, school/college newsletters etc both announcing the competition in the first place and afterwards announcing the winner, maybe with a photo of you hand the competition winner their prize (which doesn't hold to be expensive - how about an MP3 player for a tenner?) and if you get hold of photographed with the champion name/logo being held up too next it gets it contained by front of people right from the start. afterwards once they start to see your business up and running they will already be familiar with the logo/name etc and your business will enjoy instant credibility.
