HELP, if I start a cleaning business, should I try to find business partner ?
I am thinking of starting a cleaning business. I noticed that here is a great amount of competition from people who are experienced contained by the area. The certainty that there are ethnic group who are in business, women (who are more credible to be hired in this field), my first thought be to stay out of this market and find another business to start.I thought that if I could somehow create a deal to work for a small cleaning business for a few months for a vastly low wage to proove myself to be honest and good to work next to, then if it works out next to the small cleaning business owner, we would talk give or take a few ownership. I feel that I own great drive and I like the concept of being contained by a team anyway. Any concept ? Any Comments? Any Critisizms ? Anyone think it is a dutiful or bad conception, and why ?
Answers: it's a good impression you wanting to work at the business first in directive to get the experience. that's a fixed plus. there is probably no passageway for you to make it within a business in which you know nil about, so attain all the experience you can first. surrounded by regards to have a partner for your own future business i can notify you from experience that a partnership is not always a suitable thing. i've have 3 partners contained by the past and other ended up within disputes, so now i'm the sole owner of my business and couldn't be better.
I don't surmise this potential business partner is going to want you if you don't have any "business running" experience. Especially if you come into his business as merely a cleaning lady. That's similar to going to work for Best Buy as a Sales Representative and thinking you'll move up to an Assistant Store Manager. When in reality, it requires more than just the "Sales Rep" experience, or within your case, "cleaning". Because, they are, surrounded by fact, sharing their profits and secret of business with you... contained by return they will expect in the remarkably least a great positive aspect of having you as a business partner.
Are there any work at home jobs?
Answers: If you're looking for a work from home JOB (not a home based business), there are lots of companies who hire for call center type positions. And don't listen to the nay-sayers who say work from home and telecommuting jobs are all scams or that there aren't real jobs. There are. You just have to know where to look and how to avoid the scams.
Do NOT pay for a list of jobs or pay to get a job. There are a few of the legitimate companies that, after you have qualified for the job, ask you to pay for a background check if you will be handling sensitive information like credit cards. It's usually $20-$30 and from legitimate companies is a legit fee to pay. Other than that, there is no reason or need to pay anything if you just want a job. Some of the call center jobs, you are an independent contractor (IC) and some you are an employee.
If you want to start a home based business, there will be fees involved and business expenses. There are many legit business opportunities out there in direct sales, multi-level and network marketing. There are great companies to work with, but having a business isn't for everyone.
For info on jobs, you can check out this comparison chart from RatRaceRebellion.com - it shows a huge list of companies, their requirements, pay, where they are etc. http://www.ratracerebellion.com/CS_Compa...

I get excited when I get the opportunity to share this with other people. It is the best at home opportunity I have ever come across. And I have tried many.

Are Fed-Ex rural transfer drivers company workers or sub-contractors?
I am somewhat interested in working for Fed-Ex as a local driver. I enjoy been driving tractor trailer for more than two years over the road in a minute and it's time for a change. A couple family have told me immediately that Fed-Ex's package distribution drivers in rural areas work on a sort of owner hand style. I heard that they purchase the route and the truck and they own it gentle of like owning your own business. Is this true and if you hold any experience in it what character of money is there to be made? Also, who would I want to look into contacting if I'm interested within purchasing a route and truck? Thanks in mortgage!Answers: Yes this is true. I owned a convience store and all drivers surrounded by my area owned their own truck. They stated they made between $50,000 and $100,000 profit per year. The down side be buying fuel and making repairs.
