The pricing is an issue for me and I want to make sure I charge satisfactory to make money but I also want to undercut any competitors so I seize the customers business.Answers: Yes you should probably raise your rate. I am leaning toward low flats close to ballet flats near either tights or nylons. Does it put together sense to have them within low heels instead? Does the hosiery make sense and what colors would you recommend?

No.2 is totally cute and more high termination! Ballet flats or something with a kitten heel would look appropriate, sheer black or nude hose would be great. Good luck! :)
The first one looks the most professional
The second one, while a pleasure for the e-mail guests as it is a "fantasy" type outfit, would be potentially demeaning to the staff wearing it.
The third one would be somewhere closer to the second one, but it looks more like a "nurse fantasy" outfit and the staff would HATE it because adjectives that white would be a real discomfort to keep verbs.
So, if you are not attempting to feed manly fantasies for sex, then the first one is the most professional. If you are looking to nurture this fantasy, consequently the second one is your best bet.
As for the shoes, I would let them wear flats. It's frozen enough mortal on your feet adjectives day.
