My question to the overseer is "why do grocery stores offer closeouts? I simply bought a closeout deal on Dove's Calming Night moisturizing lotion make-up bar. To me it looks and smells TRUE good. So why would they opt a closeout on it? And, how do they arrive at what surrounded by the store should be a closeout?
