I wrote them up, I spoke to them, I gave second, third and even fourth likelihood to change their behavior and attendance, but nought worked. When I determined that their attendance problems were in actuality causing me to lose business because customers be less and smaller quantity happy beside the services we provided, I enacted a formal attendance policy and followed it to the note. I lost business because we were incompetent to complete contracted jobs prompt due to manpower shortages.
