Should I charge taxes for international clients?
I'm a freelance web designer base in California. I basically started to get clients out of the country. Do I charge them taxes? If so which ones? How do I report this when I database my taxes?Answers: Why would you be charging taxes? You sell services. Only products are charged sale tax.
