Land purchase interrogate?
i'm interesed in buying acres of domain. i've seen frequent advertisements on unpopulated lands listing the property, but on other lands nearby are no signs of selling, but later on is sold. for example, i other saw this land whenever i'd drive to work, and near were no for Dutch auction signs for 10 years, but suddenly out of nowhere 1 day at hand were construction of an AutoZone developing.can someone please explain how surrounded by the heck AutoZone found out about this "available" house??
Answers: Any land can be for mart, if they offer satisfactory money for it. Many times land owners lately sit on it and don't advertise to trade. And prob have no intentions on selling. But when a big pocket book comes thru the door and they are predisposed to pay ample, the owner will sell.
Property is glib enough to find out who owns it. Go to a court house. They'll enlighten you who to contact in buying it.

There is no rule that land must enjoy a sign on it to be for sold. Obviously having a sign out on the property advertise that the property is up for sale but in attendance are many other ways properties shift hands.
