Whats the first step to nick after a great business thought comes to you, pet name and adjectives?
I have a love to assist people contained by general and I hold a great idea for a non-profit union but I don't know anything about business so far as if I call for a trademark, servicemark, or get it copywritten. How do I do that anyway? How will I run by getting a sponsor because I know I need one. If you enjoy helpful info. please oblige. ThanksAnswers: Ideas are like weed in a economically watered flower patch. The FIRST step to take is to bring back out there and seize involved in natural life. You say you don't know anything going on for business but you have a GREAT IDEA for one. How can that be?
You speak of the business as mortal a Non-Profit, well businesses do not in general run too long on that fuel.
You say you have need of a sponser, a trademark, a copyright and money. Hmmm! you ain't got no perception, you have a dream. Anyone goes within with you on that dream will see it turn into a nightmare.
With ALL that you NEED to get started, i don't deduce it is other people that you want to sustain, rather it is yourself that you want to give a hand out.
Try writing a business plan to see how the business will run and how the cash will flow. Go to the business articles relation on the source below and you'll find an article on writing a business plan that is vastly detailed.
Starting your own business ?
whats the difference between buying a business freehold or leasehold, what are the drawbacks of leasehold, where should i look for a floor for my business i.e a shop, can i buy an existing business premises and change it into another business . i.e turn a cafe into a florist, would i want to buy a freehold or leasehold to be able to do this or could i do it beside both.thanks for your answers surrounded by advance
Answers: your first answer is a well brought-up answer.
With a freehold, if you decide to quit your business (ie shut it down or put on the market it), you can either vend the premises (or not) and move into something else.
If you are renting the premises, however, there are trustworthy times (dates) within the lease (sometimes) when you can end your agreement - these are known as break clauses. Until those date you will have to verbs paying the rent whether your business is still running or not.
If you can afford to always buy the freehold a bit than rent - unless you can get an extremely good rental contract which will allow you to opt out at short notice near minimum penalties.
buying existing biz = guaranteed of customer
startup untried biz = cheaper
