Corporation?
I am a secretary and at work i have have phone calls where on earth they ask one question.. Are we a corporation? Why does it mater? Is near some legal entity I don't know about?And I don't even know if we are a corporation or not..
Answers: I believe its because sometimes folks just want to know if they company is big or small? legit or scam? etc
I guess some folks consistency that dealing with a corporation is more comfortable for them

One of the main charecteristics of a corporation is perpetual succession dimensions meaning it will own contnued existence despite shareholders death or deduction. It is an important factor when other companies or those deal beside you for business. If it is owned by a few partners, the risk of business is more because any partner withdrawal may effect the companies business.
Normally a company have more than 20 shareholders can register with governement as a corporation.
You can check your company have "Inc" at the end (if you are surrounded by US) then it is a corporation.
Ebay Bidding??
Okay, I'm a little confused in the order of bidding on Ebay, I've used Ebay before and I've used both Bidding and "buy it now" format to purchase items, but my examine is, if I'm bidding on an item and Ebay will automatically bid on my behalf and I only reimburse for what the auction ends at couldn't I just enter $999.00 for my maximum bid? Because I don't necessarily hold to pay that amount it's of late basically a guaranteed safekeeping net right?Answers: You can, but I wouldn't suggest it. As one of your other responders said, what if someone else comes along and does like thing? Or possibly they put in $5 smaller quantity than you, and then you win.
Or there's a unsystematic you could get an unscrupulous vendor who is shill bidding on their own items, or having someone else do it for them. It's VERY undemocratic, but it does happen. They could bid it up little by little to see how much your proxy bid is, and after once they find the top limit they merely withdraw their final bid (which is also illegal no business who's doing it) But proving it is something else. And then you're stuck.
There's also something call dutch auctions. That's an auction with a number of 2 or more, and you can choose what quantity you want to bid on. Don't ever, EVER do a proxy bid on one of those. I literary this the hard opening. The way the soaring bid on a dutch auction is figured is by the peak bid on all the items. So if it have 4 items, and you put in a proxy bid on adjectives 4 items, then your elevated limit have become the high bid. It's complicated and it's taken a while for me to numeral it all out.
