Compare the advantages and disadvantages of equipment leasing vs. financing the purchase.?
I am a licensed General Contractor. My business is growing and I need equipment.I am trying to establish whether I should lease the equipment or finance it to puirchase the equipment.
Could someone report me the advantages and disadvantages of the options and what do you recommend?

Leasing used to be more attractive, because you could write bad 100% of the payments on your income taxes, where if you purchased equipment, you could lone write off equipment payments where on earth you paid smaller number than $20,000.
Since the tax canon has changed, for equipment lower than $100,000, you can write if off regardless of whether you engender lease payments or borrow money and make debt payments.
So... desire which to do by:
1) where you can go and get financing
2) interest charges and fees
3) end of contract expressions (in a lease you can own the equipment at the end for a buyout - you must factor this into the result to determine which option offer the best overall terms and costs.

Can't access pattern site hosted by Yahoo Small Business, Can I Sue them?
I have be calling both verizon and yahoo for nearly 2 weeks, with no results. A yahoo tech told me the problem be verizon needs to unmerge my site from verizon. Verizon won't assist me at adjectives, they just droop up on me. Yahoo keeps sending me like peas in a pod answer which requires me to log on that does not work. I am up to date on bill payments etc. but Yahoo web hosting will not abet me. Just wondering if I have a luggage to sue them. I am paying for a service that I am not being allowed to access? I really do entail to make some change to the site but my site builder will no longer sign on correctly. The Verizon transfer program does not function at adjectives. I have spoke to a dozen different techs and save getting the run around. What should I do to get some legitimate results?Answers: It sounds like Verizon is your problem. I hold a Yahoo Small Business account, and I've never have a problem with it.
If someone desires to convey me money though Pay-pal...?
would the sender have to hold a pay-pay account?Answers: They would own to have a pay-pal side and either cooperation it to their bank tale or credit card to send money. It does not cost them anything to convey the money though. Pay-pal will charge the person delivery the payment.
