Dealing near local competition?
I have started a small business similar to a larger company here. They own robbed & cheated many locals here such as false classified ad, etc.My question is, we are the two major competitors in this town..we give the same service. So when I detail reasons surrounded by my website why my business is "better" then the "local competition" everyone is going to know exactly who I mingy even if I don't use the name of the business.
Sooo, my put somebody through the mill is..can they come back on me within some way by simply motto "the local competition?" To me its the same as when pizza hut or domino's say "better then the *other* guys" or something approaching that. I don't plan on listing anything refusal about the other business, lone why my business is better. Could that still be considered slander in some method legally?

Answers: It really does not issue if they should or shouldn't, if it's legal or not. If they're that big and they spectacle you as a threat they'll take you out.
Nobody said a lawsuit have to be ethical or even warranted. They bleed you out of brass by simply putting off any sort of bench date.

What you call for to do is be in the public eye and never mention them. Show you're better. The more you distribute the more customers you will get.
Also, procure in the broadsheet. Papers love stories about hometown hero.

Of course you can list the benefits of your business! It is silly to reckon that they can have any sensitive of a claim on you, unless you flat out lie, which I know you won't.
You can refer to them as, "the big guys," "the others," "the local competition," and so on. Heck, I don't deduce you could get surrounded by trouble by mentioning them by name, but most culture will probably know who you're talking in the region of without doing so anyway.
In any circumstance where on earth you declare that you are better than a rival business (only if you pet name them) you should always be paid sure you can substantiate the claim with evidence. For example, your claim may be better service, better extent of stock or better facilities so get sure that you can prove it and show how the comparisons stack up.
Without naming the competition you are simply using what is known within the advertising industry as "puffery".

Answers: This company is a fraud. Do not buy anything from them. They are not honest. Do not use them. Pass on the information to anyone you know who might be looking. Once they own your payment they will not respond. They do not answer their phone. Stay away. I ordered a Butet saddle from them at the start of December. He notified that he received the wage and would ship the saddle and then I never hear from them again. I have gone messages and e-mailed about 100 times next to no response. I have reported them to several fraud sites.
