Is it prohibited to put up for sale shaved rime at miami sand?? if so, how do i bring a go-ahead from city?
I want to sell Japanese style shaved rime at miami beach or Ft. lauderdale nouns. I have see some people are selling hot dogs or softdrink, but are they legally recognized? or illegal?? I contacted beside city before, but they told me. not a soul is allowed to sell at seaside...but i want to sell!! why nott?? everybody will obtain happy and more ppl come to beachhhh...is in attendance anyway i can do this business?? plz plz helppppp lolAnswers: Good Business idea... You should be capable of go to the city (city lecture hall maybe) and get a business license and receipt. Just call city passage. Most of them have a standard information number listed surrounded by the phone book.

Answers: No. U cant without a Dmat account. And to open a dmat account u need to have a Pan Card
absolutely no way. try to understand it my way. you have money to put in bank, but u have no bank account. similar situation in shares, the shares have to be put in a dmat account and if u do not have a demat account, how can u get whares.

No u can't apply for it coz if we go for security reasons, DEMAT account is the better than the all the other acc like TD or SB acc. In fact 2lakhs new accounts have been created coz of Reliance Power IPO, and i would like to suggest u dat u create the demat acc for forth coming issues and IPO of jindal's and BSNL.
