Can u get the information needed to write a General Journal from a balance sheet and other financial statement
Answers: NOOOOOOOOOO!
not really, but maybe with some creativity, because the statements don't go far enough into description to itemize all the way back to a journal entry. For example if you look at an expense figure on a statement it could say "utilities expense" or "operating expense" but the figure really if looked at in a journal would be broke down to several entries of expenses like ..electric bill, water bill, petty cash fund, postage expense. if you really had to come up with a general journal and all you had were statements you could estimate what was what by looking at the current expenses of the business and decide where to divide out the amounts. Or you could really put in some time and make all the expenses up and make the entries up and just make them total the amounts on the statements. hope it helps
Need philosophy for conducting a group interview (10 pt)?
I have to conduct a group interview consists of roughly 10 candidates. My purpose is to see whether they can work as a group and assess each candidate team work and interpersonal skills and speaking communication.Answers: You don't state what your company is selling or how long you intend the group interview to be but here's a couple of ideas you might be capable of use.
1. Put them in pairs, ask them to find out what they be doing and why they applied for the job. Each runner writes down what the other person's whys and wherefores, then return with each personality in turn to enunciate something abouth the other person.
2. Write out cards next to questions on eg: If you be an animal, what animal would you be? or If you were surrounded by a train crash what would you do? Get each individual to pick a card [you hold them face down so they can't see what's written on them] Each being then give an account of the card they enjoy picked.
3. For a group excercise, devise something where they adjectives interact. eg: A country has to cut rear on expenditure, so what would be their priorities out of the ten cutbacks? Hospitals, schools, matured people, roads, one motor per family, amenities etc. Write these things on seperate cards and take the team to put them within the order they come up with fit and while they are doing this ask them to say why they hold made their choice. There is no right or wrong answer to this, it is to see how they interact with respectively other.
4. Put candidates surrounded by groups of 5, get them to engineer notes on the product[s] you flog and what their marketing/selling strategy would be, they stand up and in turn impart an account to the other 5 empire.
5. Interview them seperately.
6. Don't forget to have someone else beside you at the interview so you can both make summary and then compare them after the interview is over.
Hope this help and good luck!

Give them a task , I parsimonious provide them sketches, some white sheets , tell them to construct a structure approaching building or a boat or any thing what they can do near those cardboard or sheets and tell them to confer a short seminar which is about 15 minuts and inform them that every one should participate .
From this u can check the structure that they build , persentation , communication while they explain you , also if any drawing or sculpture on those sheet for decoreation to make it look worthy this is show there creativity...

Show me how to work problem?
An employee who produces x unit per hour earns an hourly wage of y = 0.55x + 12 (in dollars). Find the hourly wage for an member of staff who produces 20 units per hour.Answers: you should work out your problems together
From the examine you see that for one hour an employee earn $12.00 plus $0.55 for each component the employee produced that hour.
If the hand produced 20 units surrounded by the hour and gets salaried 55 cents per unit, afterwards the employee earn (20 * $0.55) $11.00 for the amount of units produced. Add that to the bed pay of $12.00 an hour and the hand earned ($11.00 + $12.00) $23.00 for the hour.
In your equation you hold 'y = 0.55(x) + 12'
x = units produced per hour
x = 20
y = 0.55(20) + 12
y = 11 + 12
y = 23
Algebra must be done by the student because its close to building a house if the first problems you do not learn how to do the then ones that come in the class cannot be done because the nearer questions have formulas u needed to understand surrounded by order to solve the latter formulas.
What I'm saying is this I can answer the quiz here is your answer. (20x.55)+12=23
If you don't understand this and how I get the answer eventually you will fail algebra. You inevitability to study each problem as if the subsequent required the 1st as part of the answer.
The subsequent chapter will require a firm grasp of this chapter with these problems. I one and only warn you because I have trouble in algebra for this totally reason. i tried to skip bits and pieces of the work and formerly you know it I was aft and could not catch up. You know immediately you must understand. algebra be a nightmare for me in high-ranking school latter I became exceedingly good at it as I have to, owning my own business.
I think if you are indeed getting the answer for conservatory make sure you amount out how this answer was arrived at so when the try-out comes you can still use this building block to answer the other questions as all right. Sorry for preaching...
