I've been trying for years to know how to work from home, but all I ever get was stupid "settle up me this much and I'll tell you how to do it" offer and then adjectives they gave you be things like "put up a website and flaunt this product." SCAMS!A friend finally turned me on to a girl who did transcription and she gave me a account of people who be hiring (that you didn't have to reimburse obviously) at-home typists. Of course, the girl charged me $20 bucks for the list and the info to find the forums, but it be worth it overall as I now catch to work from home and make a terribly good living.
It's not easy work though and you've gotta make yourself do it and there's no down time if you want to catch paid all right. I was wondering if at hand were any other types of LEGIT work at home job out there that I could try?
Answers: Karen,
The work at home facts entry etc will never pay very well. There are even great companies like jetblue.com that own an app process and will hire you to work at home. They pay smaller number than minimum wage approx $6 per hr. If you are looking to make a significant income at home you might want to consider making your own home base business. Building a business online can be very beneficial. The facts are that here are not well paying job that are done at home. Many people would be jump at the opportunity to stay at home and the jobs would be bursting by close friends and relatives first. There are however many opportunity to build an income from home by providing a service or a product to sell. Some citizens create websites for a living and earn an income from advertisements on their site. I enjoy been working on a similar project that you can see through my profile.
BEST WISHES!

Make sure to come up beside a good label!
There are plenty of books out there available contained by any library, about home-based businesses surrounded by general, as economically as ones about specific kind. For example, here's one on starting a catering businesses at home ( http://www.amazon.com/How-Start-Home-Bas... ).
One early step you might want to pilfer is to do some strategic planning and write up a business plan ( http://www.sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/... ). Whether or not you actually write one out surrounded by detail, here are the basic question you might want to think around:
- What kind of product(s) or service(s) can you propose? Are you going to make something by your own recipe, or are you going to buy something wholesale and try to resell it?
- Who would your customers be? Other businesses, or individuals? Will you flog by internet and mail, through stores?
- Who would you be competing near, and what's the niche they're missing that you can fill?
- How much money do you hold to invest? Can you plan out a realistic budget to procure your business started?
Whenever you need more counsel, look for people next to experience. If you're in the US, you might be in motion to your local Small Business Development Center and talk to an counsellor there ( http://www.sba.gov/aboutsba/sbaprograms/... )
Good luck!
Your request for information isn't clear as to what type of business you have planned. Is it a catering business? Selling pre-packaged foods? Will you put on the market from a web-based location or sell from a room within your home or both? In any event - a business plan is the first thing you want. 1. Where will be business be located. 2. Who is your customer base? 3.Capital? Where will the start up money come from? 4. Advertising - when, where on earth and how often. Where can you acquire free advertising? 5. Shipping services- How to draw from the product to the customer 6. What are the products that will sell and what won't do as capably? What is boils down to is the Who, What, Where, When, Why and How!
