My company Domain cross possession??
my small firm need domain as "my company entitle.com" my Company logo is registered, Company Name registered by govt bodies, but someone has already taken the domain moniker & they don't use the domain, how 2 get it for my firm as i requirement it for my business to develop . Please can you provide a legal path of issuing notice to the computer-generated users using my company name as their domain address!!Answers: First stale you will have to prove that you should be the rightful owner of the domain first name. Was the domain name registered first or be your company name registered first? What are the current owners intention for the baptize?
You can do a whois search at http://whois.sc to find the current owners contact information. Start rotten with a friendly notification to the owner explaining the circumstances and ask his opinion on how to resolve the problem.
If that doesn't work enjoy your attorney write a not so friendly letter to the owner demanding a resolution to the problem.

and follow the procedures for a domain name dispute.
Remember the current owner may enjoy legitimate reason to own the domain name.
If they've registered it, I don't regard as there's a lot you can do (you don't enjoy a "right" to it). However, I'm sure theres a way you can approach them (and their host?) to agree a promise of some sorts. Perhaps that's why they've registered it - so they might make some money out of it.

Shipping interrogate - How should I messages plates?
I have be trading & selling things online for awhile but they have adjectives been things similar to books, DVD's and VHS tapes. I ship them using Paypal and medium mail.I own sold some plates. They are toddler type baby plates. I own to ship two of them along with newborn forks. What is the best and cheapest way to do this? I'll be paying postage next to Paypal shipping.

Answers: US parcel post is roughly equivalent to media communication but without the medium contents restrictions, and it costs slightly more. In some cases, it's no cheaper than 1st class mail. There are things to look into to spawn sure it's your best fit. In my case, it be more cost-effective to go next to UPS ground and 1st class mail, so you never know. I recommend a ring up to your local post office to run over your specific situation and ask them what they recommend.
