I believe Freddo Frogs answer is primarily correct. But I would have a conversation beside your insurance carrier and a attorney to be sure. The grey area comes within if you require them to display a restaurant sign on their vehicle. I'm not sure you would get the insulation from lawsuits a typical sub contractor arrangement would provide. But, even near sub contractors, there are circumstances where on earth you would be open to lawsuits.
Good luck next to adding the abdication service. It will probably have a few hiccups surrounded by the beginning, but it should increase your business contained by the long term. Give relations time to realize the service is available and start to use it. I used to work as a pizza driver when I was surrounded by college. Our driving staff would outsell the dining room every Friday and Saturday and EVERY Super Bowl Sunday, so the potential is there for a great opportunity.

online websites are not where you'll find the real good jobs. Sure, you will find MLM type businesses, scams, or other low pay jobs.
The excellent at home jobs are the same ones you go to a business for. Those are either Entrepreneurs such as Home Apprasals, Consultants, Writers, Architects, and other similar small businesses that can be based out of the house or an office; And, then big Corporate jobs where you're always connected via the VPN to their network and just use your own desk, and home office, to do the same work you'd do if you were inside the office.
The type of jobs I describe pay your normal salaries or generate revenue just like if you went to the office. Six figure salaries are not unrealistic.
One company, Jetblue, hires mom's in Utah to do all their reservations. It's not high paying, but it comes with the same corporate benefits and you still don't have to pay all those transportation costs, lunches out, and business clothing.
Just like office jobs...some pay well, some not so well. It depends on the job and how much work you put into it.
There are so many choices in the online world. You need to do your research to find a realistic answer to your online business desire.
