Would you use paper bags in order to keep local industry open?
Answers: yep if that is what it takes I would. However I would only use fresh ones... bugs seem to lodge in them it they hang around too long. I have no use for bugs right now.
I'm not sure how that would help, but certainly! Right now I take bags of plastic bags back to the store every few weeks, but I could use paper ones for recycling other paper.
How can I comparatively mortal so afraid of approaching society something like Avon? I am so alarmed to do sale & recruit.?

Because one of the few methods of becoming successful at it is what is called within the biz "internalization"
This is where you commit to memory, (and philosophical down in your subconscious mind) every single answer/response surrounded by almost all situations. Not the easiest of tasks, but the brain have this wonderful facility for absorbing this stuff...through REPITITION. That's what internalizing is all almost - the more the solution/response is repeated (seminar, listening to a CD/MP3 over and over, and practice-practice-practice), the more comfortable you will be within front of your prospects.
It's also about PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. People aren't buying Avon. They are buying YOU. Who you are. How you project yourself. What YOUR body verbal communication says just about how comfortable you are with yourself, and the product you are promoting. So, develop yourself - everything else will fall over into place.
I agree with what Internet Mentor have said here but have a few things to make the addition of.
You have to approach someone beside the attitude that they NEED what you HAVE. You know when someone tells you almost a product that they have, your mind starts going and you start thinking roughly how someone else you know could really use that. For example, let's say someone approached you selling a ointment that is honest for everyone, but especially babies who have diaper impulsive, it speeds up the healing dramatically. Now if you don't enjoy a baby, your mind is in the blink of an eye thinking about someone who does. You stir to that person and notify them about this unguent and you tell them around all the benefits, even though you are not the one selling it.
If you acquire into that frame of mind where you "see" the benefits previously you even get in attendance you will have better sale.
My Avon lady that I have for years and years, was not your typical saleswoman. She purely went up and down the street, dropped sour catalogs, then call about 4 days subsequently for my order. When she dropped my proclaim off, she would other come in and drop by with a tackle full of the newest items to show me plus the subsequent catalog. She would leave it near me, and she ALWAYS told me she would be calling a few days before the demand had to dance in, surrounded by case I forgot. She other called for my instruct. She formed a relationship with everyone she sold to by doing freshly that. While she was showing me the exotic products, she would be telling me adjectives about her familial, chat about what be going on in the word, just one a friend!
She was the top rep around here for at smallest 20 years and that was adjectives she did.

Basically, you need to run to your resource center and you need to dance through a screening process. You fill out a couple of forms and you will own a case worker assigned to you. And they will be the ones that will give support to you out.
It's a crying shame that ppl who cannot speak English are willing to come to America to work contained by gardens, fields and restaurants while some ppl surrounded by America are looking for food stamps, welfare benefits, etc. There is a reason that we working Americans obtain up early surrounded by the am and go to work-- so we can put food on the table and a roof over our head. You might feel great living sour the taxpayers. But if you have kids, you are setting a vastly poor example. If you are able to do some work, consequently look for a job, even a portion time job to start out.
