About two months ago, my friend started working as a painter for a company. One month later, he somehow get a contract from Century One to do a specific house because he gave a better agreement. He's not licensed and has singular had around 6 months painting experience. Now, he have multiple contracts from Century One, KB Homes, and some others. The guy is not very business savvy and have very little experience surrounded by the home building business.
What I want to know is how do you think he did it? He won't relay me how, lol.

I want to do this because I know lots of painter and electricians who are licenses. They said they would work for me, but I would hold to get the contracts.

You don't own to be licenced to paint. and if someone hires your friend with scarcely any experience they can. Painting doesn't require any type of special education resembling electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc. and it requires very few tools. you should own knowledge in relation to types of paint, proper application methods, what paint can be used on different surfaces, how much paint it would require to complete the job, and how lots coats it needs, or primer, you should also know something like equipment uses, which brushes are used for cutting, enamel, latex, and know roughly varnishes, solid stains and waterproofing... applying the paint is simple it's knowing what type to use, where on earth it can be used and how long the job will rob to complete. painters regularly have to steep holes, and caulk also and you must know which ones to use.
As far as I know you don't need a license to become a painter. In charge to become an electrical contractor however, you do need a license. I know deeply of people who take home them - but not too many that put on the market them - they end up giving them away as gifts - I've gotten a few - - here are the problems.
They dont burn in good health.soy just isn't the best milieu for candles, try mixing it with other wax, palm, candeliea, etc.
And you have to be genuine careful roughly speaking the wick/container size ratio - other wise they burn too hot, which give them a short burn time, sooty, scent flash burns etc.
Be real watchful with those and you might be ok.
