Here are some thoughts to consider:
- it's good to nick surveys like this, but the solitary survey that really counts is when customers give you money. It's to busy, make it simpler and easier to look at.
To be honest, I don't like the color arrangements on your website enormously much. They don't match the colors on the catalogs. I give attention to your website would be better if you used more neutral tones that would be easier to read. I do close to the "About Us" section and the special thought your mouse reads "memories can second forever".
Also I would like to be capable of view your catalogs online. I don't want to cause two seperate purchases (one for the catalog and one for whatever I buy). It would be more convenient for the consumer to own a one stop to shop.
I do like the upfront shipping and handeling. Most places don't communicate you s/h until after you put things in the shopping pushcart. All in adjectives I think the site is extremely easy to navigate and will fashion an excellent addition to your business.

The difference between and S-corp and an LLC are many. Both give limited liability and tax benefits.
With an S Corp, shareholders must be individuals, must be US citizens or resident aliends and cannot hold over 100 shareholders. You have to enjoy a Board of Directors, By-Laws and Officers, form resolutions andhave an annual report. there is controlled liability for shareholders, but you have to beware of personal guarantees. When you die or resign from, the corporation goes on near out you.
LLCs are organized like a corporation but allow the flexibility of a partnership. Owned by "members" not shareholders. Decision making by member or managers appointed by member not by a Board of Directors. Capital contributions can be made by members. Can come by bank loans through member. Limited liability to members. When you die or move, the LLC dies, too. Cannot go on in need founding members.
Tax benefits depend on how various members are surrounded by the LLC... single member LLC is tax as a sole proprietor in NYC. SCorp have to file TWO import tax returns in NYC (corporate and individual).
My best counsel to you is to call the Small Business Administration, the Small Business Solutions Center surrounded by NYC or better yet the City Bar Justice Center who offer free legal assistance to those trying to start a business contained by NYC.

Corp is much more complicated (and i believe more taxes to pay). LLC is upright if there are in recent times one of two owners and should anything happen resembling an angry customer sue, you are still covered thru the limited liability. But if you're a brisk growing company with several partners/owners you might want to be a corp. To start out LLC is the best. i hold applied for a LLC and here's why. i was advise by a tax accountant and my attorney and a small business advisor , all who said this is the best path to limit your liability , hence the christen Limited Liability corp.
You can enjoy an LLC to limit your liability and enjoy it taxed as an S corp, which avoids pay of Self-Employment tax. It is historic to note that if you newly form an LLC it defaults to Partnership see. So you will have to profile a form to elect S status.
