i sold a playstation 2 on ebay last week. my wife and i double checked to receive sure everything worked before shipping it, presently the buyer "claims" it doesn't work and wants a full repayment plus shipping costs. we did not offer returns when address list the item. do we have to do this? i believe he is responsible for the wrong and now desires us to pay for it. can they steal money out of our paypal account w/o sanction? thanks

Judging from your cross-question, the buyer has received the PS2 but claims it is inoperative. Did the buyer say it be damaged surrounded by shipping? Was the shipping box damaged? Did you do a accurate job packing it?
