You should have found out how much it would enjoy cost for insurance or to have it sent certified (meaning he would enjoy to sign a slip saying it be delivered). You could also use a shipper that can track your package, approaching UPS.
Did you ask the buyer why you received +feedback if they didn't receive it? If you sent it, tell him you sent it, and to be tolerant. The worst he can do is leave you gloomy feedback. You can always be paid a new ebay portrayal, close the old one, and never hear from him again.
