Moe lawns is the age old solution! Other option might be to run errands for older adults or present to do the odd house chores that not a soul will do for them. Such as clean the gutters, weed the flower bed, plant and water the flowers, dry-clean windows, cut subsidise trees, paint the front poarch, walk pets, etc. I've notice that no one desires to do those things for the elderly in my neighborhood. Just because they can't do them doesn't mingy it not being done doesn't bother them.
