This have happened to me twice. The auction closed, afterwards I received an email from a customer saying they missed bidding on it and they they wanter to purchase it.
The best agency to do this this is relist the item with a Buy It Now chance for the original price, later let the buyer know ASAP that you reposted it. Give them the auction item number so they can find it efficiently, and let them buy it that instrument. This is a great way to earn loyal, sunny customers too!

I remunerated via paypal then mail the seller syaing how thankful I was to own won and was hoping it be the genuine article etc etc. Next article I get an email from the peddler saying the item have been withdrawn as she have "discovered" that the bag be a fake. Do you feel that if I hadn't mailed her surrounded by the first place, the bag would enjoy been sent cos no question had be asked?

Too right it would have. 99% of the designer loads on ebay are fake. Want a actual one - check out sellers who are division of my poupette site - they are real.
She probably would own just sent it on to you if you hadn't emailed her almost it. More importantly, did you get a discount? If not, you will have to run through paypal to get it and it's best to do it in a minute.

Its a bit hard to enlighten really, the best thing to do would be to check her rating to see if anything resembling this has happen before, it could be a con artist and similar to u say cos u mail her she decided to annul the acrticle.
You dont say whether they refund your money or not, i hope for your sake it was.
The human being may have be genuine but later again you would have thought they would hold checked to see if the bag be real beforehand placing it on ebay.
I would keep an eye on the human being and if they put the bag subsidise up for sale wise saying its genuine after i would report them.

She probably would have sent it. She might own already known it be fake and put it on nearby anyway, thinking most people wouldn't know the difference. I bet she figure if you had the know-how to ask about its authenticity, you would be capable of tell it wasn't authentic when you recived it.

Probably. If they think you are on to them it puts the bend up them. Rule of thumb is that if something is to good to be true afterwards it is- even its designer and very cheap after be very wary- even second foot designer is rarely cheap.
