What does a leasing agent for an apartment complex do?

Question:
Any idea of approx. earnings in N. Florida? IAre in that a lot of "errands" to run or is it pretty much bureau work? thanks

Answers:
Depends on the complex...
You show apts. You nick apps for apts. You run credit checks to see if ppl have legitimate credit per guidelines of apt complex. You do move-in walk-thrus. You do move out walk thrus. You programme repairs when things break down while ppl are living there. You work next to residents on noise complaints, parking space disputes, etc. You diary cleaning for empty apts. YOu operate with former residents if they complain that they did not receive their entire deposit back. You work next to collections agencies for non-payment issues. You work next to authorities on evictions. You take and credit rent payments. You collect any in arrears payment fees. You work beside cleaners, painters and such to catch apts up to standard between leasees..The list go on. ... It's time, resource and people government.
You may have some errands to run. If you are expected to do that clarify if you use a 'company car' or if you use your own and are reimbursed mileage.

What is the percentage of business owners who don't own a amount?

Question:
I was a moment ago wondering because I use to travel around many different cities selling insurance. I would in actual fact target small business owners. A lot of them like to brag going on for how they got their own business in need going to school. Does anyone know what percentage of business owners never get a degree?

Answers:
In this time and age, a large number of Americans dance to college. Figure about 50-75% of adjectives business owners under the age of 50 hold a degree. Whether or not it be relivant to their business is highly doubtful.

If you want concrete figures, try the SBA (Small Business Administration). They might own such figures for applicants for small business loans.
At tiniest 90% if we had a amount we would get a actual job beside a pay check and a retirement plan
A to a certain extent large percentage. No erudition of exact statistic but you could probably get that from a librarian or the BLS at BLS.gov
Well it's a moment ago logical there, I close-fisted if you have a amount you get it to do a cushy profession for someone else, not yourself.

If you lack the point, and you want a good living, you have to take home the job, you can't a short time ago work for someone else. Often it seems entrepreneurs get the impression a need to brand their own jobs.

That's why plentifully are immigrants, some even own schooling from their foreign lands that aren't recognized where on earth they are now(this is a problem here in Canada, surrounded by my city we had a hackney cab driver who used to be a Judge in his aboriginal country), so they have to clear their own fortune.

As I recall this have been a trend for a while, I read it contained by one of my business books. It used to be white people that be native to Canada that started up the most businesses, presently it's mostly immigrants. Children of immigrant often don't appear to follow in the footsteps of their parents any, they lack the obligation it seems.

So it's logical that most do not own degrees contained by their given fields. I consider most under probably 50 won't own degrees, whereas empire over 50 may have worked for a long time and after branched out on their own as retirement approached.

Me and my friend are 12 and looking for work. any design.?

Question:

Answers:
Cut grass or get a weekly route.
Dog walking, car wash, yard work, babysitting.
Babysit, yardwork, view peoples animals! (But only do these things if your in actual fact good at them because if your not some population will be very angry) :)
You'd probably hold to stick to mowing the neighbors lawns/doing their yard fastidiousness, or a newspaper route.
I don't expect that you will find work anywhere if you are twelve. I'll pay you to verbs my room, I suppose, but at any business I don't know. You best wait till your at lowest fifteen.
I was hooked with job from the time I was roughly 8. I delivered journalists on my bike (an older neighbor split their route beside me), took baby sitting job constantly (sometimes for kids only two or three years younger than me) Once ,much to my mothers confusion, I went door to door offering to verbs house. Several of my neighbors actually said yes even though I be only 11 or 12 at the time.
I earn money mowing lawns when I was a kid. Check next to your parents - maybe they will abet you out. You just involve to put together a flyer and go knock doors. If they are home talk to them and see if you can go and get the job. Some will, Some won't. You lately have to ask ample people. If they are not home, hand down a flyer, maybe they'll send for.

I also used to distribute sales flyers for local businesses. 30 years ago we get 4 cents per house. I'm sure you could get comparatively a bit more now. Apartments and townhomes areas put together the fastest money for the flyer work. I and a couple other guys that I was within Boy Scouts with did this to payment for our camping trips - we would stir out and put out about 1500 every Saturday.

Is Wholesaling a suitable conception?

Question:
for a senior in lofty school. tryin to find a few extra bucks?

Answers:
Yes and NO..

NO!: If you are thinking of buying the smc or other wholesale membership program, salvage your money. these are all overinflated scam type site(s) that promise the world but are with the sole purpose interested in getting you money.. they try to pitch you on selling cheap trinkets that NO ONE WANTS to buy online.. you've be warned!

YES!: If you can establish relationships directly next to the manufacturer and or factory-authorized supply house, and can work out a biddable bulk deal next to them... and you KNOW the product will move then you'll trademark some money. Be warned you can't run into a factory telling them you own $200 and want to be a whole saler , they'll crow you out the door. Depending on what you need to buy it can grasp expensive.

After that it's all roughly marketing and sales, that's where on earth Ebay and your own website come into play.

Good luck\
If you could find the product and the price is right it is a great way to fashion a few bucks. The only item is it could take alot of your time from college which is not a good perception.
No. A wholesale business is too great an undertaking to be done on a part-time principle. My guess is that you're being roped into a direct marketing plot that calls itself wholesaling. I suggest that you do rather research into the industry so that you know when the word is being used incorrectly.
It can be. It depends on the company you are considering wholesaling for, if they are reputable, if you enjoy good products that ancestors want, and if you are willing to put a bit of work into it. Being a wholesale distributor, or otherwise, requires work.money doesn't lately show show up in your pockets beside no effort.
I assume most of the time, you have to be 18 to amalgamate a company..just a head up :)
Depends on what you mean. If you are thinking of buying the smc or other wholesale political leanings program, save your money. If you are thinking of buying some merchandise at wholesale and reselling it to friends, own flesh and blood, classmates, or at a flea market afterwards fine. I'd suggest buying and selling socks. Everybody needs them and everybody buys them pretty often.
Do you entail a wholesaler to buy from? If so then use yahoo to dig out for trade shows and trade magazines for anything you want to sell. The trade shows are nominated online and they usually have a page that list all of the exhibitors. I'd suggest you work next to your parents on this because you will need some money to work next to and may need them to go and get your sales due license. -

Try Cabot Hosiery Mills in Northfield, VT for VERY GOOD QUALITY socks. Don't buy cheap stuff unless it's for flea market. - http://www.darntough.com/weknowsocks.htm...
try dropshipping it's great for high university students and very convenient

alternative you can interweave deals at http://deal2join.info

please steal time to learn more around how it works
No. It's high investment. Plus you enjoy to be a pro at anticipating the market, a pro. Sometimes you own to anticipate it over a year in finance.

Plus I'm not sure you realize how huge it can be, it's really really big. A couple slip ups can cost you a lot of money. There's big risk in that.

For a high schooler I would suggest services that you can do yourself, or products that you can receive or retail.

well besides putting up flyers you hold to spread the word through your mouth. call close relatives that hold kids or ask them if they know anyone who does. since they're your family, they will noticeably recommend you to that other person. if you are certified (from the red cross), try putting that on your flyers surrounded by big letters. parents want a professional.

there is a website that tell you exactly what to do to start a cleaning business. Its at http://www.cleanuptheprofit.com...
Word of mouth, tell everyone you know, and let somebody know them to tell everyone they know. Print up flyers, and ask local shop keeper if you can put some in their window. Buy all cleaning. I would hang around before you gain your first customer before buying any actual supplies, but past that: make a roll of all the things you will verbs; i.e. Dusting, Kitchen floors, Vacuuming, Carpet shampoo, Laundry? Bed making? Windows? Windows you can usually charge extra for! Just to let you know. Although it is not neccesary, most nation will feel more comfortable near you in your home if you are bonded and insured, but if it is among family circle & friends mostly, then you needn't worried. Oh and if you aren't using your autograph in the title, don't forget to bring a DBA so you can accept checks to the business!
I don't know any. I am so glad you asked because my friend and I are going to start one too. Good Luck
make sure you can verbs without destructive anything.

Check with an insurance company for liability insurance and bond. (A bond is a prepaid amount to be precise kept against claims. When you tell a customer you are bonded thay know that some mony is available to payment them if you break something. )

Question:
Who appoints the shipping and insurance agents? The supplier or buyer? When to pay?

If the vocabulary are FOB - then the buyer is responsible for paying and arranging shipping and insurance. Most businesses use freight forwarders, who can knob the scheduling and required documentation.
You have to grasp the cargo insured right up to wrap up destination which can be either your factory or the warehouse, it may cost up to 2 % of the FOB utility, the ocean transport , genesis to destination port , may cost you 7 to 10 % depending on the nature of the produce in complement to you have to incorporate the local transportation by rail/road from the destination port to your factory / ware house this depends on the distance and can be marginal, port handling custom clearance etc can be done by the freight company , the calculation is on freight voluume basis which is commonly under0.2 % of the insured goods. All the insurance cost for the international horse-drawn carriage is paid at the time of booking . The local component can be rewarded on negotiated language ( destination, part return etc.)

I realize that most businesses similar to this do not closing long before they die out so I am prepared for the worst however I'd close to to give it my adjectives just so I know for myself that I at lowest tried to do what makes me jubilant. Any advice for an ambitious glorious school graduate hoping to start her own pet attention business?

Answers:
Yes! I have a pet sitting service. You will have need of business licenses for the city and county where on earth you live, first off, because you'll obligation them for establishing your business checking account. If you plan on doing doggy light of day care, you will involve a kennel license, and you'll need to own your own place or rent a suitable facility (I'm sure your proprietor wouldn't want the liability problems, if you rent your home). You will need insurance and bonding (I'm the solitary one in my nouns who has such, and I receive tons of business because I do). If you know a vet in your nouns well, ask if they can display your brochures and make available your cards to potential clients. I get 90% of my business from vet referral, but I've known the guy for 35 years. Pet Sitters International have resources for starting up your business, and you can get your bonding and insurance through them, too. They even own continuing education and a once a year convention. You can find them at petsit.com. I've been contained by business since 2000, so you can make a jump of it. Just be aware that lots of people would enjoy a tough time leaving their pets within the care of someone who is lower than the age of 25.
WR121 class does wonders
Get bonded and insured so that when someone's dog has a heart attack and you receive sued for 100 grand you won't be screwed. Cat and dog ancestors can be overzealous nuts.
Contact your local SCORE office. They are a not for profit cleaning that can help next to a busines plan, marketing ideas and assist you get financing. You can be in motion to SCORE.org to find the nearest office.

I hadn't really thought more or less it before, but only just when at a local farmer's market I realize that everyone in in attendance is an entrepreneur. So it got me thinking that it might work for me to go and get started with far smaller quantity investment and to save some money to expand.

So I'm curious around this. Is it a good place to start up?

Thanks surrounded by advance.

The best style to find out is to try!! However, you need to filch into consideration how active your flea/farmer's souk is. The one near me is constantly crowded!! So, ideally I would vote YES it's a great idea. But if yours doesn't procure much business then I wouldn't recommend it. GOOD LUCK :)
This can be a great process to get started...from within maybe you can expnad to your own shop, or public sale online...

I think it's markedly a way to interview the waters. I did some of that on the weekends while in the army.
It can be; business is adjectives about overhead; are you making more than you are paying out? Is this satisfactory to maintain your lifestyle? Every flea flea market is different. Some places don't charge so much for you to run a booth but this is b/c that location doesn't see as much foot traffic. Generally the more people that are walking by your booth, the more the proprietor is going to charge you rental on your booth. All of that is part of a set of being a businessman.
