As a business owner, how do you maintain a positive relationship and work environment next to your employees all the same ensure that they do what they are told? People hired to do management work here do not behave approaching management. They follow instructions smaller amount than the lower employees and later disregard it when confronted or blame everyone and everything else. We need to save them because we can afford them and hiring someone else for the same positions would cost us more money, definately. We know these guys would not steal or do anything intentionally dishonest, which is also a great apology to keep someone when in that is a history of having hired dishonest individuals in yesteryear here.
