as a mgr for a restr. i often find not a soul is as dedicated as myself, but hey no big surprise in that, they dont get compensated what i do and since thats not possible i try to do things to raise your spirits great workmanship, for instance
1.let them set their diary, sounds crazy but when i let my inhabitants pick their days, they show up! when i just put anything down on the programme, often they dont show for one aim or another, of course this singular works when dealing with adults beside bills and not teens whose folks pay their track.lol
2.when any server sells 10 specials on their shift we make available them one for themselves to eat, and my family are always hungry and they love FREE food
