No one at american express care, I was too small of a fish, and I own since quit using the corporate amex cards, and closed out two of the FOUR cards (business and personal) that I had next to them. Working on closing out the other two. They simply don't care, didn't bother to verify any information, the certainty that I had several accounts or have been beside them for years (personally anyway) meant zilch to them. I have remarkably little respect for American Express.

Your classes have no meaning. There is a saying: "Why buy the cow, when you can win the milk for free." As long as you are offerring free classes, why would these people wage you? they could just come rear legs for another free class.
One approach is to outline what is cover in the free class AND what is included contained by the Premium version. Limit what is free, and stick to your guns around where you draw the flash.
